Paul, we bought a Kia Forte! I think our favourite features probably the display and my life’s uses of it. The backup camera was a big issue; we always wanted a car with a backup camera.
The previous car we had we just missed that time period then. We were glad to get it at a good price. My wife’s car was 11 years old when we changed to Kia. We liked our other car but when we went to other dealerships the price range was so much different with the features that we were looking at.
Also, another big selling feature was the monthly payments. We purchased the car, but the monthly payments were half as much as say another dealership.

My name is Debra Nelson, and I bought the Kia Optima Hybrid, and I love it! I got it because I wanted an efficient car but I also wanted a car that had some nice features for being comfortable.
I had bought a used Kia Optima Hybrid 2012 last year in January, and I got a call from you guys that there are some pretty good deals on financing and so forth, so I traded it in and got the new one.
I actually don’t remember the name of my salesperson. I’m sorry, he was leaving on vacation actually when we took delivery of the car, so somebody else handled the delivery, and so I just came in and did the paperwork and picked up the car but it was very smooth and easy and a pretty efficient process.
I would recommend West Coast Kia just because the customer service has been really positive and I’ve gotten responses when I’ve had questions, and I like to be impulsive!

Absolutely, I would refer them. I would refer them to other family and friends just for the wonderful service that we got, and everybody was friendly, and there was no pressure really. There was just good customer service!
I just bought the Kia Soul! I thought I like the car because of the compact size. I find it very convenient, easy to manoeuvre parking wise and very comfortable to drive too. Very nice!

I’m Joan from Port Coquitlam, I bought a Kia Optima mostly because of my son, he had me going all over the place looking at different vehicles, and then this is kind of what we came up with.
I spent about a month looking for something. He really wore me out with all the snow that already happened and everything so I was really was chasing everywhere. Even Kelowna at one point I was supposed to go and look at something. It was really good, like I don’t hear that well and my son’s younger. I’ve never bought a vehicle myself before, so he did all the dealing for me everything, but it was really good. They were good to me even though I didn’t hear very good.
I would recommend it anytime, it was actually recommended by my son’s girlfriend who works with someone, and I guess an older lady. Her son had just gotten her to a place to buy one, and so then my son heard of it, and that’s why he told me to come here. It was really good. Everybody we dealt with here was really good.
