Carlo Follows His Families Lead With a Soul

When you meet customers that find your service to be very good and they appreciate everything you can do for them, this is a story about what can happen.  Troy Plexman loves to sell cars here at West Coast KIA, he says it’s a great place to work and to meet great people. About a year ago Troy met a young man who wanted to get into a new car and he helped him. His name was Nick and he and Troy got along very well. When Nick came in to get his new Optima he brought his Father along to meet him and to see his new car.  Not long after that Nick’s Mom and Dad bought a KIA Sorento from Troy as well.  Troy thought what a great family and was happy to help. Today’s picture is of a very happy Grandfather Carlo, a spry older gentleman taking delivery of the families 3rd KIA a 2018 KIA Soul. The entire family has been dealing with Troy and Troy would just like to wish Carlo and his entire family nothing but warm wishes for the Holidays. The family has been so incredible that Troy feels like he’s a better man for having met them. KIA forever is going to be the family motto from now on, and Troy will be there for them whenever they need anything down the road.

Shayla is Surprised by the Luxury of a Rio

Shayla came in to find the right car with the help of sales representative Troy Plexman.  After taking the time to find the right vehicle at the right price it was just a matter of colour, and wow what a nice colour this 2018 KIA Rio is.  Shayla is a proud new KIA owner and all of us here at West Coast KIA thank her for her business and for giving us the opportunity to earn it.  She will now be driving a vehicle that surprised her and will give her many miles of happy warmth with heated seats.  Congratulation’s Shayla on your first new car!

What a great time to buy a new car, Leslie Lutter came in to speak with salesperson Troy Plexman about getting out of her now older car. Leslie wanted a vehicle that would not only be great on fuel but also offers a few modern conveniences.  After some deliberation, she selected the all-new 2018 KIA Rio 5 door hatchback, for many reasons.  As with all parents, safety and reliability were top of mind, but the icing on the cake was that the KIA Rio had GPS, plus the new UVO Telematics system that offers her the ability to start the car from an app.  This will be a great feature since her daughter is now 15 and will be driving as early as next year.  Now, mom can just look on the phone to see where the vehicle is at and know that her daughter has arrived safely. Now this is news!! About a week ago this great family purchased an all-electric 2017 KIA Soul. They had wanted to get away from the ever-increasing costs involved in owning a vehicle. Now the family is well on its way to maintenance free and no fuel worry. Ricardo just bought an all-electric Soul EV and yesterday his wife Sharra came in and decided to trade in their KIA Sportage for another all-electric 2017 KIA Soul EV! Sharra might have wanted to wait for the 2018 KIA Niro Hybrid but after owning one electric Soul they both agreed they just didn’t want to deal with fuel anymore. Sharra came in and bought one for herself and it looks great. Her husband Ricardo has the white with blue trim and Sharra got the Blue one with white trim. Their salesperson Troy is truly amazed at both of them and their decision. Ricardo and Sharra Go Electric With an EV

Considering everything when it comes to buying a vehicle is a very important step these days with the introduction of all-electric vehicles and their huge savings. Ricardo and his Wife Sharra understand this well! With the minimal amount of maintenance on an all-electric vehicle and not having any fuel cost, makes all-electric the intelligent decision overall. When Mr. and Mrs. Berstrom came in to West Coast KIA, sales representative Troy Plexman was here to meet greet and help them decide what to do in regards to fuel management. The Berstrom’s absolutely loved the Ram Sport they had purchased just a few years ago for its size, its options, and the overall drive. Once Troy had the opportunity to sit and talk it over with the family he suggested going with a new Optima Hybrid that delivers great fuel economy. They looked at the highest level trim to make sure they did not feel like they were stepping down. Alexandra Goes Red With Her Forte 5 Hatchback

Wow, now this is a happy customer with her almost new 2016 KIA Forte 5 Hatchback in Racy Red and very low kilometers. When sales representative Troy Plexman met Alexandra and her Mom, they indicated they wanted a Hatchback for Alexandra at a good price that would get her out of her well-loved Hyundai Accent. Alexandra indicated that they would be looking at a few other cars and had not yet made up their minds.  Troy explained all of the features that West Coast KIA offers and showed a few cars and it was love at first sight for this Forte. Explaining how great the warranty is with a KIA and showing them both a car with only 14,000km and only a one-year-old car the finish line was in sight. After sorting out the best deal and then giving Alexandra our “Lifetime Customer Package” it was an easy decision to buy!! Getting the car into her hands was the next step and she could not wait. We are all going to be here to make sure her car stays in tip-top condition, with great service and help whenever she requires it. Congratulations to the Shier’s of New Westminster, BC on the purchase of their 2014 Mazda 3 GS.  The Shier’s had just moved here from Alberta and were vigorously looking for a reliable vehicle that would be inexpensive to get around town with. Mathieu and Family Gain Luxury in a Niro Hybrid.

With all the big news about the KIA Niro Hyrid out there we just had to add a new family to our Dealership. After meeting Troy Plexman at West Coast KIA then showing them the all new KIA Niro Hybrid the Simoneau family of Maple Ridge decided they wanted to really dig in and look at a car that could bring them fuel economy like no other, with room for life and kids. Once Troy showed them the space, options, and the huge warranty and after purchase Lifetime offering they decided it was their next KIA for them. With a limited production, it was a little wait for their exact Niro but well worth it. Just look at these proud new owners, it was hard to keep them from jumping for joy. The Agnoletto’s of Port Coquitlam knew exactly what they wanted when they came to see sales representative Troy Plexman. After their son bought his new KIA Optima it was just a matter before the rest of the family wanted a KIA. After many years buying good used vehicles it was time for something new.
