Shirley Blake bought her first vehicle in years from West Coast Kia. She was saving up for a car for 10 years. She first made a deal on a used 2013 Rio but it was not special enough for her and she did not look happy. Ray wanted her to be pleased and suggested to look at a new 2013 Kia Rio. After MRS.
