Recently, my KIA (Magentis) had some problems…for repairs I brought it to West Coast KIA.
Your staff I found to be extremely professional, very responsive, kind and courteous.
Also, Aerock Siddaway (Assistant Sales Manager) always kept us well informed with the problems the car had and treated us extremely well and made it a pleasurable experience.

Ray showed us the vehicles that had our requirements and at no time did he try to persuade us to look at other cars. He was very knowledgeable about the product, its performance and answered all of our questions. We were impressed with Ray his honesty, his quiet sense of humor, his excitement when he talked about his family and his genuine respect for us customers and seniors.

We were greeted by the Assistant service manger Aerock who was very friendly and informative. We test drove the 7 seat, 2014 Sorrento and fell in love with it. With the help of Charlie Tran, all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Charlie had all the answers, and was not the least bit pushy. We felt no pressure to buy or to rush into anything.
Both Aerock and Charlie made us feel at ease with our purchase and Aerock went the extra mile with his customer service, searching for the exact colour we wanted and putting a beautiful bow on top of our new car.

Just a comment about your service department. I have a 2011 Sorrento that has had a couple of issues and a recent recall and Aerock has been amazing. Helpful, knows what he’s doing polite, follows up, on top of everything, just perfect. Thanks! -Stacey Lyle
