Kia Motors brand value increases by 15%

KIA is heading for the top and shows no sign of slowing down. Increasing it’s brand value by 15% over the last year it now sits at 83rd on the list of “Top 100 Best Global brand.” KIA first saw themselves on that list when they came in at 87th last year, a 4 jump lead in one year is an accomplishment that has not been seen before. This jump exceeds the overall top 100 brands’ average value growth rate of 8.4% by quite a lot.

Much of this success can be attributed to the new advertising KIA has rolled out this year. The advertising team wanted to target 3 key things to make KIA the car to buy; vibrance, distinctiveness and reliability. These three characteristics and the introduction of innovative marketing techniques like the team up with the DreamWorks Animation movie “The Croods” to feature the new KIA Rondo; KIA is well on its way to becoming number one.
