Congratulations! Kia Canada ranked 2nd among non-premium brands in JD Power SSI Sales Satisfaction Study.
Kia Canada is pleased to share with you the results of the 2023 JD Power Canadian Customer Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Syndicated study released earlier this month.
Kia Canada Dealers have once again proven their excellence in delivering great customer experience by placing 2nd among non-premium brands, with an overall index score of 869 points, an increase of +1 over our 2022 score and +12 points above the non-premium average. This is the fifth consecutive year where we have landed in the top 2 positions in the JD Power SSI study.
This study evaluates the shopping and purchasing experiences of new car buyers/ lessees for 2022-2024 Model Years, 90 days after purchase/ lease, and ranks each participating automobile brand based on their overall performance.
This year, 20 brands were ranked in total:
7 Premium and 13 Non-Premium.
Breaking down the score, Kia dealers ranked 2nd among non-premium segment in the following four factors:
- Professionalism of sales consultant,
- Comfort of working out the deal,
- Clarity of paperwork completion, and
- Quality of the delivery process.
These factors reflect the key aspects of the customer journey and show how well you have met and exceeded your customer expectations.
