Overall the experience was one of the most easy going I have ever experienced.
The car had just been driven off the truck, we were the first to drive it. It was a dream come true for us. They just had to take the white plastic off it and do whatever was necessary for us to drive it home that very day.
Although I marked “no” about scheduling the first maintenance for us, we did arrange to go back to Kia for a thorough walk through of the car with Charlie Tran, whose salesmanship was excellent and very welcoming
