When you meet customers that find your service to be very good and they appreciate everything you can do for them, this is a story about what can happen. Troy Plexman loves to sell cars here at West Coast KIA, he says it’s a great place to work and to meet great people. About a year ago Troy met a young man who wanted to get into a new car and he helped him. His name was Nick and he and Troy got along very well. When Nick came in to get his new Optima he brought his Father along to meet him and to see his new car. Not long after that Nick’s Mom and Dad bought a KIA Sorento from Troy as well. Troy thought what a great family and was happy to help. Today’s picture is of a very happy Grandfather Carlo, a spry older gentleman taking delivery of the families 3rd KIA a 2018 KIA Soul. The entire family has been dealing with Troy and Troy would just like to wish Carlo and his entire family nothing but warm wishes for the Holidays. The family has been so incredible that Troy feels like he’s a better man for having met them. KIA forever is going to be the family motto from now on, and Troy will be there for them whenever they need anything down the road.

Joan of Coquitlam, BC is very happy and proud to be one of the first owners of the brand new 2018 KIA Stinger GT with help from Philip Kang. Joan is probably one of the first in BC to own this vehicle, that is considered to be the best thing that KIA has ever done! Joan would like to give a special thanks to Scott Jones (left) for letting her have the vehicle first because he wanted to drive the same model and colour and that is how we managed to get it so fast!
