Jim purchased the KIA Sorento with his wife. They had been looking around for vehicles, and narrowed it down to about five cars. The Sorento was one of my top picks; in the past it wasn’t even on his radar. He was well taken care of and knew he would be because it was a basic one-on-one service and he knew what he wanted from the beginning. He doesn’t “fall in love” with vehicles like some other people do. For Jim, it’s a numbers game. He didn’t want sales people coming up and badgering him. “It was simple and direct, just the way I like it.” said Jim.
