Charlie was a great sales manager, he took care of me like a great friend would. Everything was explained to me, he threw in crossbars and a bike rack just days after purchasing my Sorento, a lot faster then I predicted. I got a great deal on my suv and was happy with my trade in price.
Berverly in finance was very professional and really knew her stuff, explained everything in full and didn’t push me into a payment I wasn’t comfortable paying. Boyanov, was very precise in getting exactly the vehicle I was looking for, know a lot about the features and took great time in explaining and asking exactly what I wanted and expected. The deposit return was lengthy because no one had the signing privalage other than the manager who was not there much.
