This customer bought a KIA Sorento from West Coast KIA. He didn’t plan on purchasing a vehicle, but at the time, with the offer he got, it just made sense.
He knows buying a car is supposed to be one of the more stressful things that people do, but here, the process was so simple and easy. “I’m glad that I dealt with the right people from the beginning. Even though I love my Sorento now, when the time is right, I will be back to purchase a different vehicle that will fit my needs at that point in time.” he said.
This customer had gone to other dealerships and just didn’t like how he was treated there. “They had tried to make and close these deals with me and they just didn’t stick.” he said. When he came to West Coast KIA, he was amazed by how respectfully everyone treated him. “They treated me like a person. It was so easy and effortless to get a car here.” he went on to say. Jim purchased the KIA Sorento with his wife. They had been looking around for vehicles, and narrowed it down to about five cars. The Sorento was one of my top picks; in the past it wasn’t even on his radar. He was well taken care of and knew he would be because it was a basic one-on-one service and he knew what he wanted from the beginning. He doesn’t “fall in love” with vehicles like some other people do. For Jim, it’s a numbers game.
